Trust indicator
Trustpilot Reputation
A stronger Trustpilot presence — a higher rating and more reviews — builds trust over time.
What it is
We factor in your public Trustpilot standing. Both the rating and the volume of reviews matter: a strong score backed by a healthy number of reviews reflects a settled, well-regarded operation.
Why we track it
Independent, customer-written reviews are hard to fake at scale and reflect real experiences of paying, winning, and getting support. That makes an established Trustpilot presence a valuable outside check on an operator.
How to earn it
- Claim your Trustpilot profile and invite genuine customers to review after a purchase or a win.
- Respond to reviews — especially the critical ones — to show you act on feedback.
- Build the rating and review count steadily; both feed the score, and you can add your Trustpilot details in the operator portal.
This is one of several weighted indicators behind a site's letter grade (A+ to F). We don't publish the exact points or thresholds, but earning more indicators — and avoiding hostile T&C clauses — moves a site up the scale. See the full method on our How We Rate page.
Our ratings are based on publicly observable criteria and data analysis. This is not a guarantee of legitimacy, prize fulfilment, or financial security. We are not affiliated with any competition site. Always do your own research before entering competitions or spending money.
