About this site

This website is operated by Elow Development, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. The site aggregates publicly available information about UK prize competitions from third-party websites and displays it in a single directory for informational purposes. You can use most of it without an account. Some features need a free account (see "Your account" below).

If you run a competition site, our Operator and advertiser terms also apply to you when you claim a listing, use the operator portal or buy a featured placement. If the two documents disagree about those things, the Operator and advertiser terms win.

Independence & affiliate links

We are not owned by, endorsed by, or formally connected to any of the competition providers listed on this site. We do not run, sponsor or administer any competitions. Some outbound links to competition sites are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase at no extra cost to you. We only add affiliate tracking to operators that reach a minimum trust grade; links to other operators are plain links. Affiliate relationships do not influence how competitions are displayed, ranked or rated.

Some operators also pay for featured placements. These are always labelled as paid. Payment never changes an operator's trust grade, and it never changes where an operator appears in search results, sorting or rankings elsewhere on the site.

Trust grades

Each operator we list has a letter grade, from A+ to F. The grade is our own independent assessment of what the operator publishes and does, for example its terms, company details, published odds, free entry route and how it picks winners. We explain this on our How we rate page.

A grade is our opinion, based on information available to us at the time. It is not a guarantee that an operator is honest, will deliver a prize or is financially sound, and it can be out of date or wrong. Grades cannot be bought, and operators cannot change them, although an operator can ask us to review its grade. Always read an operator's own terms before you enter.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any listing. Competition details, including prices, odds, ticket availability and end dates, are sourced from third-party websites and may change without notice.

You should always verify details directly on the competition provider's website before entering or making a purchase. We accept no liability for any loss or disappointment arising from reliance on information displayed on this site.

External links

This site contains links to third-party websites. When you click a link to leave this site, you are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the destination site. We have no control over the content, availability or practices of linked sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Intellectual property

The design, layout and original content of this site are owned by Elow Development. Competition names, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed here for identification purposes only. Artwork and wording that an operator supplies for a featured placement stays the operator's property and is used under the Operator and advertiser terms.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elow Development shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any linked third-party site.

In particular, we are not responsible for:

• Errors or omissions in competition listings.
• The outcome of any competition you choose to enter.
• Any financial loss resulting from purchasing competition tickets.
• The conduct or practices of third-party competition providers.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

No guarantee of winnings

Prize competitions are games of chance. There is no guarantee that you will win any prize, regardless of the odds displayed, the number of tickets you purchase, or any other information shown on this site. You should only spend money on competition entries that you can afford to lose.

We do not encourage or endorse excessive spending on competition entries. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing decisions and any financial losses incurred as a result of entering competitions. This site is an information tool. It does not provide financial advice, gambling advice, or any recommendation to purchase competition tickets. If entering competitions is causing you worry, see our Play responsibly page.

Predicted odds and statistical estimates

Certain features of this site, including predicted final odds and sell-through forecasts, are generated using statistical models based on historical data. These predictions are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of any outcome.

Each forecast carries a confidence label (high, medium or low) that reflects how much history sits behind it. A label is not a promise. We only show a forecast where it has beaten simple rules of thumb in our own testing. Where our model has not proven itself for a kind of draw, the forecast we show is based on how that operator's draws usually sell, and it is labelled that way. Where neither has earned its place, we show no forecast. You can read how this works, and the latest accuracy test, on our How we calculate page.

Predicted odds may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any estimate shown. You should not rely on predicted odds or any other statistical information on this site when deciding whether to enter a competition or how much to spend. We accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on predicted odds or other statistical data displayed on this site.

AI assistants (MCP)

You can connect an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, to CompWatch using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This is free with a verified account. The assistant asks us for live competition data on your behalf and uses it to answer your questions. You set up and revoke connections from the Apps & API tab of your account.

The AI assistant is provided for informational purposes only. Answers are written by the AI provider's model, not by us. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and the assistant may misread or misstate the data we send it. It does not provide financial advice, gambling advice, or any recommendation to enter competitions or purchase tickets. You should not rely on AI-generated responses when making financial decisions.

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from actions taken based on AI-generated responses. This includes, without limitation, any financial loss from entering competitions, purchasing tickets, or making any other decision influenced by an AI assistant.

By connecting an AI assistant, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Responses are generated by a third-party AI model and do not represent the views or recommendations of Elow Development.
• Competition data shown in AI responses may not reflect current availability, pricing, or odds.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
• Your conversation with the assistant is governed by the AI provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
• You are responsible for keeping your connection token secret and for anything done with it. If it may have leaked, revoke it straight away.
• We limit how many requests an assistant can make each minute and each day. The limits are in place to keep the service available and may change.

The AI chat that used to be built into this site has been retired. We no longer offer it, and the conversations it stored have been deleted (see our Privacy Policy for the short-lived export we kept).

Your account

A free account is optional. You must be 18 or over to have one (we do not check your age, but the site is for adults only). You need a valid email address and you must verify it before you can use Power Mode, alerts or the other features that need a verified account. Power Mode (the table view of the competitions list) is free for every verified account. There is no charge for any part of a consumer account.

We do not accept registrations from temporary, disposable or anonymous email services (such as Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, YOPmail and similar providers). Accounts registered with such email addresses may be refused or suspended without notice. You must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

What an account lets you do

• Save competitions, follow operators and hide operators. These are personal lists. Hiding an operator only changes what you see.
• Saved searches and alerts. You can save a search and choose whether it emails you when new matches appear, and you can ask for a reminder before a saved competition closes. Alerts depend on when we last read each operator's site, so timing is not guaranteed and an alert can arrive late, early or not at all. We limit the number of saved searches (currently 20 per account) and the number of alert emails we send in a day (currently 6, with at most one closing-soon email an hour). These limits can change. Do not rely on an alert to make sure you do not miss a closing time.
• My entries. You can log the competitions you have entered, the tickets you bought, what you paid and any winnings. These are your own records. We do not check them against the operator, and they are not a receipt or proof of entry. Totals, profit or loss and budget figures are calculated only from what you enter, so they are only as accurate as your records.
• "Did you enter?" prompts. After you click through to an operator, we may ask once, on a later page, whether you entered so that logging takes one tap. You can switch this off in Preferences.
• Recommended. We can suggest competitions based on the operators you follow and the competitions you save or log. These are suggestions to help you browse, not advice or a recommendation to buy.
• Budgets. You can set a spending budget for a day, week or month. My entries then shows what is left and tells you when you go over. It is a reminder for you. It does not stop you buying and it does not limit what you can spend on an operator's site.
• Take a break. You can pause for 7, 30 or 90 days. While a break runs we stop alert emails, prompts and news and offers emails, and we will not link you through to an operator from this site. A break can be made longer but not shorter, and you cannot end it early. It does not block you from visiting an operator's site directly and it is not a self-exclusion with any operator or scheme. Emails

We send the emails described in our Privacy Policy. Account and security emails are sent whether or not you have switched marketing on. News and offers emails are opt-in and you can switch them off at any time in Preferences or with the unsubscribe link in the email.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Security tab of your account. Deleting it erases your personal data straight away, as described in our Privacy Policy, and it cannot be undone. If you have an active data licence or an active PayPal subscription, or you are an operator with an active featured placement subscription, that has to be ended first (cancel it in the portal, or email us and we will do it with you). We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, abuse the service or put it at risk. If you are an operator, deleting your account also releases your claim on your listing.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from this site, whether manually, through automated tools, or via our API or AI-assistant (MCP) tools.
• Use the API or AI-assistant tools for bulk data collection, to build or populate a competing dataset, or to resell or redistribute our data. If you want bulk access, ask about our paid data licence.
• Create accounts in bulk or by automated means, or use a proxy or similar service to hide where you are signing up from.
• Use this site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or its systems.

Operators and advertisers

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will tell account holders, for example by email or with a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
