Trust indicator
Entry List Visible
A visible list of entrants or ticket numbers lets entrants confirm their entry was recorded and the draw is transparent.
What it is
A public entry list (or live ticket-number grid) is available before the draw, so entrants can confirm their own entry was recorded and see that the draw is run over a genuine, fixed pool of tickets.
Why we track it
A visible entry list is one of the strongest signals that a draw is real and fair — it makes it impossible to quietly add or remove tickets, and it lets entrants verify their place rather than take it on trust.
How to earn it
- Publish the entry list or a live ticket grid on each competition page.
- Make it accessible before the draw takes place, not only afterwards.
- Show enough detail (usernames or ticket numbers) for an entrant to find their own entry.
This is one of several weighted indicators behind a site's letter grade (A+ to F). We don't publish the exact points or thresholds, but earning more indicators — and avoiding hostile T&C clauses — moves a site up the scale. See the full method on our How We Rate page.
Our ratings are based on publicly observable criteria and data analysis. This is not a guarantee of legitimacy, prize fulfilment, or financial security. We are not affiliated with any competition site. Always do your own research before entering competitions or spending money.
